Free Treatment for Under 18's

13-18 year olds are entitled to one free exam each year.  If any treatment is required almost all of it is covered by the government, so there’s no out of pocket costs for you!  These visits are so much more than just a check-up for your child. We get to slide in little gems of wisdom, so they can learn what habits affect their teeth from dietary advice, eating frequency, liquids (anything from fizzy to lemon water) you name it…. It’s so much more than BRUSH YOUR TEETH BETTER!

this is a government funded service, so they are very strict on what is and isn't covered under this system. mains points are...

1 - you can only have 1 check up and clean per year, so you must wait at least 365 before returning or there is a cost.

2-  Braces  and orthodontic extractions are not covered

if there is anything else you specifically need it will be discussed with you at your check up and clean appointment.
